Creamy PB and Banana Smoothie

I’ve always been a fan of smoothies in the morning & I’ve been loving this hormone-supporting creamy goodness.

Smoothies are a great way to gently wake up your GI tract in the morning while loading in a ton of nutrients before noon.

This smoothie has healthy fats, protein, and maca powder, each supporting balanced hormones and providing lasting energy throughout the day!

Maca root is a cruciferous vegetable that’s loaded with antioxidants & acts as an adaptogen, allowing the body to better handle stress + provide sustainable energy. It’s amazing for supporting women during their menstrual cycles and adds an earthy vanilla flavor to spice up your smoothies or oats.

Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
1-2 tbs creamy peanut butter
1 tsp maca powder
1 scoop collagen
Topped with Purely Elizabeth granola, cacao nibs & hemp seeds
