Hey, Hi, Hello!

Welcome to my practice! I help people heal through food and lifestyle changes. I think food is fun and functional, and I hope this helps you think so too!

Heal from the inside, out.

At Jen Marie Nutrition we focus on the root cause of disease to help you reach your goals and heal your body. Not only what we eat, but how we live impacts how we feel. We will work through the patterns and habits impacting your nutrition and goals, while also looking at labs, advanced testing and symptoms to help you look and feel like your best self.

Testimonials

Jennie’s guidance on intuitive eating has completely changed my relationship with food. I now feel empowered to make healthier choices without feeling restricted. I look forward to having breakfast everyday and love eating fresh fruits and incorporating more vegetables into my routine. My sleep quality has significantly improved. I have struggled with insomnia all my life but thanks to Jennie’s tailored advice, I was able to improve my sleep hygiene and stop taking my sleep medications.

Jennie went above and beyond to explain things to me and really help me understand the “why” behind everything happening which honestly made me want to make these changes. She answered all of my questions and was genuinely so sweet. I truly wish I had met with her sooner but am so happy I have her now. I can honestly say she’s changed my life for the better and I will recommend her to anyone I know.

Jen helped me recognize connections between symptoms and habits in my life I never knew existed! She allowed me to become more aware of how I felt daily, and how both my diet and stress impacted my symptoms. Her approach with diet, supplements, testing and most importantly talking to me to understand how I really felt, was instrumental in my healing. I used to get frustrated by my symptoms and I know fully understand my triggers and how to prevent symptoms from even starting!

A jar of honey and fresh flowers complete the scene.
