Frequently Asked Questions

How do you work with clients?

I take an individualized approach meaning total number of visits, cadence of visits and length of visits will vary based on your goals and schedule. After an initial 75-90 minute appointment, I will create a roadmap and plan of recommended visits and focus points to get us started on your journey toward health. I offer functional testing include hormone panels and microbiome tests, bloodwork ordering and analysis, CGM (glucose) monitoring alongside medical nutrition therapy.

Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. Reimbursement will vary based on your specific insurance plan, but clients with coverage do typically get a percentage of cost back.

How is working with you different than others?

There are a lot of amazing dietitians and practitioners out there! My goal is to help you reach your goals! We put a lot of stress on our food, body image and health, and I want your nutrition plan to fit seamlessly into your day to day. I focus on more than just nutrition, taking into account movement, stress, sleep, supplementation, bloodwork and other data to be sure you are sustainably improving health and hitting your goals.

How does payment work? Do you offer payment plans?

All payment goes through my EMR system, Practice Better. I am happy to offer payment plans that work for you based on the nutrition program we decide on together.

Do you work with individuals struggling with eating disorders?

I do not work with those actively struggling with an eating disorder, but I am more than happy to refer you to colleagues who do. I do, however, work with individuals who have previously struggled with an eating disorder or disordered eating.
