Hi everyone, I’m Jen
I am a Functional Medicine and Sports Nutrition-trained Registered Dietitian and founder of Jen Marie Nutrition. After graduating from Wake Forest University, I went back to school to pursue nutrition and get my Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics.
After working with hundreds of patients I have know that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. My approach with clients is rooted in science, but leaves space to ensure nutrition and health fits seamlessly in their lives. We look at the big picture, making simple shifts and swaps in your day while working on the bigger goal (whatever that might mean for you!).
I want health to feel attainable, and more than anything, I believe in living a FUN, balanced life. My goal is to live as my best self and create space for others to feel their best throughout their journey. Every person is different and their nutrition should be too!
When I am not focusing on all things nutrition, I can be found any place the sun is shining, getting in a good sweat, or with my very loud & loving family, chatting it up with a sports game on in the background.
