Coconut Chai Chia Energy Bites

These COCONUT CHAI CHIA bites (try saying that 5 times fast!) are everything I needed them to be and then some & I’m so happy to be back in the kitchen with new recipes to share.

Quick & easy to make, no bake, loaded with protein, fiber & healthy fats + a little spice kick - they really have it all.

These are the perfect fall-spice recipe and are great for an on-the-go pick me up, pre-workout snack, or topping for yogurt or smoothie bowls.

Ingredients:
1/2c creamy cashew butter - can sub other nut butter
1/4c + 1 Tbs coconut flour
2 tbs pure maple syrup
2 tbs white chia seed
1.5 tsp chai spice (below)
1-2tbs dairy-free milk of choice

For the Chai spice mix together:
1tsp ground ginger
1tsp cinnamon
1/4tsp clove
1/2tsp cardamom
1/2tsp nutmeg

Add everything to a bowl, mix it all up, and form into 15 bite-sized balls & ENJOY
