Top 4 pieces for the perfect energizing smoothie!

🫐 Fruit for color, antioxidants & flavor
🥑 Healthy fats for fiber, lasting energy & blood sugar balance (think 1/4 avocado, nuts/seeds, nut butters, coconut oil)
🥬 Greens for more nutrients and to sneak in some extra veggies. I love adding a handful of spinach to keep things simple or 'I’ll opt for frozen cauliflower to add a smoother, thicker texture.
